Have you ever heard about the bamboo tree?
When a bamboo seed is planted, nothing seems to happen for years. You water it. You care for it. You nurture it. Yet, there is little or no visible growth above the ground.
Most people would assume it isn’t working.
But beneath the surface, something incredible is happening.
The bamboo is growing a deep and strong root system. It is preparing itself for the massive growth that is coming.
Then one day, after years of unseen work, it shoots up rapidly and can grow several feet in a very short time.
Digital business is often the same.
Many people see someone succeeding online and think it happened overnight. What they don’t see are the months and years spent learning new skills, building systems, growing confidence, showing up consistently, and refusing to quit.
The truth is, your growth may not always be visible.
Every post you create.
Every skill you learn.
Every connection you make.
Every time you show up when no one is watching.
Those are roots.
And roots always come before fruit.
If your business feels slow right now, don’t give up. God may be strengthening your roots for the growth you’ve been praying for.
“Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.” Galatians 6:9
Keep planting.
Keep learning.
Keep showing up.
