We have had many people reach out asking if they can get some of the child car seats we will be recycling. To clarify, we are an end-of-life recycler and can not verify the condition of child car seats stored and used before getting dropped off for recycling. So all child car seats that come to MER will be recycled (material separated and shredded for re-use).

However, we would like to promote any collection drives for child car seats happening (most of what we have seen is for families coming from Ukraine). So PLEASE send us the info for those events, and we will share them on our social media as well!

How many car seats do you have piled up in your garage or basement? Remember, child car seats have expiry dates and should not be used past those dates.
