Our Traditional Method C***r is named after Duncanson Brook on our property, settled in 1800’s by the Duncanson family of Gaspereau after the Acadians. Our Estate vineyard grows on the same bench where their apples used to grow.

Premium traditional ch*****ne methods of natural fermentation in its bottle to produce fine bubbles. Certified organic apples from a family orchard in Tupperville, Annapolis Valley - Golden Russet, Jonagold and Northern Spy. Finished dry with an iced c***r dosage.

We are re-releasing our wonderful 2021 Star! ⭐️

When you visit our w**e shop, we have a shelf dedicated to small-lot w**es, library releases and a few other handcrafted gems!

✨ 2024 Star: Made from 100% L’Acadie Blanc with 4 hours skin contact gives this w**e its viscosity, richness and enhanced tropical fruit notes. Aromas of orange zest, ripe cherry and pear. Rich viscosity with notes of juicy orange, dates and vanilla. Finished dry.

✨ 2021 Star: Made from 100% of the L’Acadie Blanc grapes from our 2021 harvest with additional skin contact allowing us to make this uniquely rich, dry w**e with aromas of peach and passion fruit with a rich and weighty mouth-feel and a backbone of signature minerality and slight saline from our ancient seabed estate.

We are ecstatic to announce the long-awaited release of the 2020 Alchemy! 🍇✨

This 100% appassimento method w**e finishes dry with aromas of ripe cherry, blackberry, blackcurrant, toasty oak and notes of dark chocolate, fennel and walnut and subtle tannins on the palate.

The Alchemy has had the opportunity to age for 5 years in seasoned oak barrel for enhanced development. We dried 100% of the grapes with the appassimento method for 15 days after harvest, daily monitoring sugar concentration and quality development.
