Grown on our estate vineyard with deep-rooted, low-yield vines and fermented and lees stirring in mature oak. Expect a vibrant swirl of vanilla, orange, mango and lychee, layered with mineral texture and just a hint of saline from our ancient seabed soils. 🌿 Available at winery, online and at Liquid Assets at airport for those who love a wine with a story in every sip.
