At the Table with the Stutz Family 🍽️

Kitchen team, watch out indeed. This time, Cäcilia and Bea are sharing one of their favourite go-to appetizers: Smoked Salmon Tartare.

A few simple ingredients, a few minutes to make, and a glass of L’Acadie on the side. That's our kind of recipe.👇

Ingredients:
6 slices of smoked salmon, cut into small pieces
2-3 tbsp sour cream
Chives, finely chopped, to taste
Fresh lemon juice, to taste
Salt and pepper, to taste

Procedure:
Combine the smoked salmon, chives and sour cream. Add salt, pepper and a little squeeze of fresh lemon juice, to taste. Mix until combined.

Serve immediately with fresh bread or crisps.

Cäcilia & Bea's Tips:
Taste before adding salt; smoked salmon is often salty enough on its own.
Make it your own with chopped red onion, capers, or finely diced celery for extra crunch.

Try it at home and let us know what you think! Who do you think should go next?
