We’ve been working on something behind the scenes… for a long time🥂

Introducing our 2019 Blanc de Blancs! A traditional method sparkling made with 100% Nova Scotia grown Chardonnay!

After extensive time in tirage, this small-lot release is dry, bright and beautifully layered, with fresh apple and peach, toasted almond, brioche and a little lemony minerality.

Only 800 bottles disgorged, and when they’re gone - they’re gone!

Now available in our Wine Shop and online.

We can promise you, this one was worth the wait 🍾

Here’s the story behind our Grape Thief White & Red wines 🍇

Starlings are notorious around vineyards, swooping in when the grapes start to ripen and helping themselves to a few (or A LOT) along the way.
They’re basically little grape thieves, hence this name!

Grape Thief White & Red are fresh, fruit-forward and easygoing. They’re made for pouring, sharing and enjoying.

Come try them in the Tasting Bar daily from 10-5, or enjoy a glass in the Bistro from 11-4.

A little heads-up for this weekend and next week!

Saturday, August 22 We’ll be closed for dinner for a private event.
The Bistro will be open until 4pm, with the Tasting Bar and Wine Shop open until 6pm.

Wednesday, August 26 We’ll be closing the Bistro and Wine Shop at 4pm for our staff appreciation night.

A little vineyard update 🍇

June brought a plentiful bloom, followed by good conditions for fruit set and early cluster development. Now the fruit is around pea to marble size and just before bunch closure.

This season has brought a very different set of challenges than last year’s drought. With rain coming through most weeks and warmer temperatures, the vines are more balanced BUT those conditions also mean keeping a close eye on fungal diseases.

Our vineyard team is staying on top of it with careful canopy management, including removing weaker clusters and thinning leaves around the fruit to encourage airflow and sun exposure.

We look forward to celebrating the vintage with you! Stay tuned for more updates! 🥂

Meet the 2025 vintage of Rosetta 🌸🍷

This dry rosé is crafted from a blend of L’Acadie, Vidal, Osceola Muscat, and Leon Millot, offering delicate aromas of fresh cream, berries, and a hint of lilac, followed by crisp notes of strawberry, rhubarb, and citrus.

Best enjoyed well chilled alongside fresh salads, grilled salmon, or an afternoon on the patio with good company.
