If we haven't met before, nice to meet you! The year 2020 was very challenging for many, myself included. By the end of the year, my amazing job of almost 9 years working as an Executive Assistant for a successful construction company unfortunately became a casualty of the Covid-19 pandemic. Fortunately, if nothing else, the year has taught me to approach every day with flexibility and adaptability. For years I had been considering the idea of branching out and freelancing and outsourcing administrative services for those that otherwise may not be able to hire a full-time assistant. I’m excited to share that I’ll be attending 2026 this May!

As many of you know, being named the 2024 Administrative Professional of the Year was a huge honour — and this conference has played a big part in my growth over the years. It’s one of those events that always leaves me inspired, energized, and proud of the work we do in this profession.

This year’s event is online again, which makes it so easy to join in. If you’re an admin professional looking to learn, connect, or just feel celebrated, I can’t recommend it enough.
