Our red and near-infrared LED therapy is a non-invasive option being studied for its potential role in supporting pain management and muscle recovery.

And unlike tanning beds, our LED therapy does not use UV light!

15 minutes — $20

30 minutes — $45

Like having visits available to use on your own schedule? The Reset Hub’s eight-session red light packages are:
• Eight 15-minute visits: $140 — $17.50 each, saving $20 compared with eight single visits
• Eight 30-minute visits: $280 — $35 each, saving $80 compared with eight single visits

Prices include HST. Packages are usable within six months; they do not set a recommended treatment frequency.
Please complete safety screening before purchasing. Once you buy a package, book your appointments separately—purchasing does not reserve times.

Not sure which appointment to choose?
RAPID NFR may suit you when you want a focused, active appointment centred on a particular pain or movement concern. We begin with what matters to you, use specific manual pressure with guided movement, and reassess together.
Therapeutic massage may better suit you when you prefer broader hands-on care or another massage technique is more appropriate for your goals.
Neither choice locks you into a plan. We will discuss your comfort, preferences, health history and goals before beginning. Treatment can always be adjusted, paused or stopped.
