FRENCH DRAINS

Today we installed a sub-surface French drain system that tied into the downspouts from the gutters on the house and the garage that were previously just running out onto the lawn, causing a lot of surface water.
Once the grass grows up through the soil we laid down over top of the French drain and landscaping fabric , this will be a permanent solution for a dry yard.

DRIVEWAY REPAIRS

A good driveway isn't just about the gravel on top, it's also about a good foundation underneath.

We took this driveway that completely gave out every winter and spring, excavated the bad ground, put down a proper sub-base, and finished it with fresh gravel. No more ruts, no more soft spots, no more tracking mud into the house.

We recently took care of a failing concrete wall that was leaning over onto the neighbor’s property.
To fix the issue properly, we:
~Removed the old cement wall completely.
~Cut back the bank and graded the slope.
~Brought in fresh topsoil, Then Seeded it so it’s ready for grass.
