The one-day-only on-site pickup for the Terence Duchek Farm Online Auction is strictly scheduled for TODAY - June 5th from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM ONLY.

⚠️ STRICT POLICY – NO EXCEPTIONS:
Absolutely No Alternative Dates: There is NO alternative pickup date or time available under any circumstances. If you cannot pick up your items between 9am -6pm, please ensure you have arranged for someone else to collect them on your behalf.

Do Not Contact the Owner: Under NO circumstances should you contact the owner or family members to try and arrange a private alternative or late pickup.

Do Not Trespass on the Property: Please DO NOT visit the farm property outside of the official Friday, June 5th schedule between 9am & 6pm. The site is private property, and unauthorized visits outside of official auction hours are strictly prohibited.

No Shipping Available: As a reminder, there is NO shipping available for this auction. All items are sold "as-is, where-is" and must be removed from the site on Friday.

We ask that all buyers respect the property owner's privacy and strict timeline. Please ensure you arrive on today with a suitable vehicle, trailer, proper tie-down straps, and plenty of extra loading help to safely clear your items!

If you successfully terminated the competition and won items in our latest online auction, this is your primary directive! Today is official pickup day, and the clock is ticking down to zero for lots from the May Fresh Finds Online Auction.

Unlike Cyberdyne Systems, we don't have the ability to store your items indefinitely. If you miss your scheduled window, your lots will be considered abandoned—and may be permanently terminated after collecting storage fees for a week.

⏱️ THE PICKUP DIRECTIVE:
Location: 121 Railway Ave. in Springside
Target Time Window: TODAY between 9am - 6pm

🚨 PROTOCOL FOR A SUCCESSFUL MISSION:
