Grovential WHAT WE DO

Grovential helps mission-driven founders build consistent revenue—so they don't depend on grants, donors, or funders that disappear.

We help mission-driven organizations stuck on revenue, whether from overthinking or not knowing where to begin, build a system designed around what you already do well, so you can fund your mission without begging, burning out, or selling out. WHY THIS MATTERS

Too many incredible organisations close their doors, not because their mission failed, but because funding dried up. We've seen brilliant

founders spend 60% of their time writing grant proposals and only 40% on their actual mission work. That needs to change! OUR WORK

We help mission-driven founders across Canada (and beyond) build sustainable income through:

• Multiple revenue streams (so you're never dependent on one source)
• Mission-aligned systems (revenue that supports, not compromises, your values)
• Step-by-step implementation (not theory—actual systems you can use)

THE RESULT

Mission-driven founders who work with us:
✓ Build consistent monthly revenue
✓ Spend their time on mission work, not fundraising
✓ Scale their impact without scaling their stress
✓ Create financial independence for their organisations

We're dedicated to ensuring that mission-driven founders have the revenue strategies they need to sustain their impact, wherever they are. OUR PHILOSOPHY

Mission-driven organisations deserve financial independence. Your impact shouldn't depend on someone else's budget approval. Whether you're a nonprofit executive director tired of the grant treadmill or a social enterprise founder building a sustainable business, we believe there's a better way to fund your mission. LET'S CONNECT

We're always happy to connect with:
• Mission-driven founders and social entrepreneurs
• Nonprofit leaders exploring sustainable revenue models
• Women entrepreneurs navigating funding challenges
• Anyone passionate about social impact and financial sustainability

We believe the anxiety keeping leaders awake at night isn't because they're weak or bad at fundraising - it's because they're trapped in unsustainable, founder-dependent patterns.

You need a System, that can drive your mission sustainability!

THE PROGRAM THAT BROKE MY HEART

An incredible youth mentorship program. Kids' lives were being transformed. Test scores up 40%. College enrollment rates doubled.
They built the program first, funding strategy second. 18 months later, they had to shut down the most successful program in their organization's history.

Why? Because they made these fatal mistakes:

❌ "If we build it, funding will come" - Wrong. Impact doesn't automatically equal sustainable income.
❌ "We'll figure out the money later" - Later became too late.
❌ "Grants will cover everything" - Grants are temporary. Programs need permanent funding models.
❌ "Good work speaks for itself" - Good work needs good business strategy.

- The kids they were helping? Back to square one.
- The staff who poured their hearts into it? Devastated.
- The community that was benefiting? Left without support.

DON'T BUILD PROGRAMS WITHOUT BUILDING BUSINESS MODELS.

Your mission is too important to gamble on "hope funding" shows up. Before you launch anything new, ask: "How will this pay for itself in 3 years?"

Share this if you know a program that died because it couldn't sustain funding.

The thoughts that won't stop:

"What if I'm not cut out for this?"
"Should I have stayed in my corporate job where at least the paychecks were predictable?"
"What if the board loses confidence in me?"
"Am I letting down everyone who believes in this mission?"
"What if I have to close the programs that are actually working?"
"Maybe someone else could do this better..."

PAUSE.

These thoughts don't make you weak. They make you human.

You're not failing. The system is failing YOU.
No one should have to carry the financial future of a mission AND be a program expert AND manage staff AND handle marketing AND maintain donor relationships.

The expectation that nonprofit leaders should be superhuman at everything is TOXIC.

You are allowed to:
✅ Not have all the answers
✅ Feel overwhelmed sometimes
✅ Want financial stability for your mission
✅ Need support and rest
✅ Be brilliant at your mission without being a financial wizard

Your worth isn't measured by your bank balance.
Your impact isn't invalidated by your stress.

Picture this👇

- You're posting photos from Rome, genuinely smiling, completely present
- Your phone has been on airplane mode for 5 days straight
- When you finally check email, there's a message from your program director: "Great news! Two new monthly donors signed up this week, and the Foundation approved our grant. Hope you're having an amazing time!"

You realize your organization just had its best fundraising week of the year... while you were eating gelato

You come home refreshed, energized, and excited to dive back into the work you love (instead of dreading the crisis pile waiting for you)

This isn't fantasy.
This is what happens when you build revenue systems that work whether you're in the office or in Italy. Your mission doesn't need a martyr who never rests. It needs a leader who's sustainable for the long haul.

What would you do with your organization if it could thrive for two weeks without your constant involvement?

Big news from Grovential!

Our founder Catherine Iheme, MBA just finished her book "The Smart Fundraiser" and it drops August 30th! 📚

Look, we've watched too many amazing organizations hit walls trying to get funding. Not because their ideas weren't good enough, but because nobody taught them how fundraising really works behind the scenes.

Catherine put everything she's learned into this book - all the stuff that actually moves the needle when you're trying to secure funding.
Doesn't matter if you're pitching investors, applying for grants, or just trying to get your big idea off the ground. This book breaks down what works and what doesn't.

Coming out in both physical and ebook formats on August 30th.
Time to stop guessing and start funding with strategy.
