TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OVERVIEW
Aussie Pay Support is an Australian sole trader business registered with an ABN. We provide PayPal-based freelance payment support to freelancers residing in Pakistan, where PayPal services are restricted. We facilitate the receipt of international payments into our Australian PayPal Business Account and transfer the PKR equivalent to clients’ local Pakistani bank accounts using reliable money transfer platforms.
WHAT WE DO
o Allow freelancers to receive payments from individual PayPal accounts, freelancing platforms, and client invoices through our PayPal Business Account.
o Transfer the received amount in PKR to clients’ Pakistani bank accounts via Remitly, Western Union, or similar platforms.
o Assist with linking our PayPal Business Account to platforms such as Fiverr, Shopify, etc., upon request.
WHAT WE DON’T DO
o We do not operate as a currency exchange service.
o We do not provide personal PayPal accounts to individuals.
o We only transfer funds in PKR to Pakistani bank accounts (no transfers to JazzCash, Easypaisa, or any wallet services).
CLIENT ELIGIBILITY
To use our services, clients must:
o Be a freelancer residing in Pakistan.
o Provide a valid CNIC.
o Complete a registration form with all required details.
o Share freelance profiles or proof of freelance work (if applicable).
o Agree to these Terms and Conditions and the service fee structure.
SERVICE FEES / COMMISSION
o 10% Commission – For payments received from individual PayPal accounts, clients, or freelancing platforms.
o 20% Commission – For customers linking our PayPal Business Account to their Fiverr, Shopify, or similar platforms.
Note: Commission rates are subject to change with prior notice.
DISPUTE POLICY
To protect the security of our PayPal Business Account, we maintain a strict no-dispute tolerance policy.
In the event of a PayPal dispute or chargeback:
o The client must resolve the issue directly with the sender immediately.
o A 5% penalty commission will be added to the client’s next three transactions.
PAYMENT TRANSFER TIMELINE
o PKR equivalent will be transferred to the client’s Pakistani bank account within 24–48 business hours after payment receipt.
o Delays due to weekends, public holidays, or third-party service interruptions will be communicated promptly.
INFORMATION REQUIRED
Before using our services, clients must provide:
o Full Name (as per CNIC)
o CNIC Number
o WhatsApp Number
o Freelance profile link or proof of work (if applicable)
o Screenshot of transaction or proof of work
o Pakistani bank account details for PKR transfer
CLIENT CONSENT
By using Aussie Pay Support, the client:
o Authorizes Aussie Pay Support to receive freelance payments on their behalf.
o Agrees to the commission structure, dispute policy, and service terms.
o Confirms all submitted information is accurate and current.
PRIVACY POLICY
We take your privacy seriously. All information provided will be handled confidentially and will not be shared with third parties except when required by law or necessary for payment processing.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Aussie Pay Support is not responsible for any losses, delays, chargebacks, or issues arising from PayPal, money transfer providers, or banking institutions. Clients acknowledge that third-party service providers may have their own policies and processing times beyond our control.
FINANCIAL SERVICES DISCLAIMER
Aussie Pay Support does not provide financial advice, operate as a currency exchange, or offer licensed remittance services. All services provided are administrative in nature to assist freelancers in managing international client payments.
SERVICE TERMINATION
Aussie Pay Support reserves the right to:
o Refuse or suspend services to clients violating these terms.
o Terminate services in cases of fraudulent, suspicious, or illegal activity.
o Deny service to clients who repeatedly cause PayPal disputes.
o In the event of service suspension, Aussie Pay Support reserves the right to withhold the last three payments for up to 30 days.
