The class ends. Everyone goes home excited about what they’ve learned. But as educators, our responsibility isn’t simply to send people home inspired, it’s to help them take action.

Don’t give students 20 things to do. Give them one.🌟

One action creates momentum. Then another. Then another.

And when they begin teaching and sharing what they learned with others, the impact moves beyond the classroom.🤩

That’s when education has the power to transform teams, businesses and lives.🙌🏽
