Just what you need with a day full of appointments and when you are in the middle of "bandit" country. The car (2 months old) wouldn't start and wouldn't lock. Key fob issue. Oooo and note to all, VW Audi manuals are written for left hand drive cars so when they say the secret tab is on the left of the dash, then it is on the right. That would have saved me an hour......

Really tidy modern little 2 bed house acquired for an investor. At £57,500 it is certainly BMV but there is a huge infrastructure gain in the pipeline locally and building has already started. A very exciting 2 years ahead before we can measure the exact profit for this deal. In the meantime we are looking at a 12% gross yield on this single let.
