Are we all ready to move on to being a better version of ourselves after Covid?
We would like to post something that touches many of us closely. Lydie Toscani had a conversation yesterday with a doctor from a hospital in Frankfurt. They were discussing the fact that there have been over the last 4 weeks a decrease of heart attacks reported in hospitals in many countries all over the world.

The questions are, what happens in our homes while Covid is around? Is it really as many newspapers are stating that people are afraid of going to the hospital because of the virus or is it more that we, human beings are learning to slow down? Are we able to refocus on simple things in life and taking our foot off the gas pedal allowing us to live better and even heal? Is there an opportunity for our own personal development? Is this personal development leading us to grow as human beings? How many of us will create something new out of our lives and be able to develop new patterns in order not only to transform ourselves but also our families, communities and societies?

Except for treating Covid-19, many hospitals seem to be eerily quiet.

International Press articles:
IPD supports education and integration into the community in Germany and Europe by hosting and sponsoring a non-profit event. Ticket donations go to a female refugee project of the Goethe-Universität Frankfurt. Michael Paris, city councillor, represents the city of Frankfurt am Main and welcomes the guests with a warm speech.
Together with Soroptimist International Frankfurt Vision, IPD works as a community of Practice (CoP).

Thank you for stating that Emotions and Power cannot be dissociated. I am very deeply convinced that the true leaders in our societies are the ones being authentic while asking and allowing others around them to grow. - Lydie Toscani, IPD Founder, Executive Coach and Leadership Development Expert

There's a lot of crying and shouting both in politics and at the office. Gautam Mukunda of Harvard Business School and Gianpiero Petriglieri of INSEAD help us try to make sense of it all.
