While searching some documents I came across our first Hotelinnovativ - Otrum partnership agreement signed in December 2001! This is a long partnership, at least I think so, we had ups and downs, we laughed, we cried, we installed many TV & TV-Systems starting from Global Guestlink, Syscom 2000 & Dynamic, Fusion, Evolution, Enterprise and last but not least Mirage in total 7 different TV Systems. With each one, we understood more, tried to become better and so did the systems as well.
After all this years as entrepreneur that were not always easy, cause despite education, and all that one might learn at university, reality is something completely different. There are wonderful moments and of course challenging ones, but bottom line, it is worthwhile at least to try it.
It takes courage, will and willingness to go beyond the borders. All these years we tried to focus on service and increase our Proud to Serve You Philosophy. It takes team members, trust and curiosity to go beyond and do the extra mile for us, the team, our partners and our clients. I thank everybody that crossed our road the last 21 years, that had impact on what and how we do things, but specially team players that are since the beginning in this journey with the company Myriam Büchel, Makis Tatsidis, Nigel Bateson from Otrum
Wish many more years to inspiring partnership.
