This program centers around communication and people management skills.
It is most valuable for
- managers from aspiring to those with up to 3 years’ experience
- managers who would benefit from updating communication skills and tools
- leadership development in preparation for and to transition into a new management position.

Program: 12-month Leadership Development

 10 workshops, run on the 3rd Friday of the month.

NB: We will be using the Insights Discovery tool to support your learnings on the day - If you do not have an Insights Profile, or if yours is not current (more than 2 years old) you will need to do your assessment online (see link and instructions below). If you have a current copy, your workshop fee will be discounted.

Career Development Competencies: Boundary Setting

Kirsten really admires Annabelle, she sets boundaries with her colleagues and even her boss and no one questions it. For example everyone knows that Annabelle leaves the office at five sharp on Friday, no exceptions, and if you want anything done you had better organize it with her with plenty of time to complete or you will have to wait for the following week.
