Honestly I always have a hard time saying goodbye to Summer, but then all these wonders of nature pop up like all of the beautiful fall colors in the trees, in the smooth perfection of the chestnuts that lay on the ground, and also I get to make juice out some pretty cool seasonal fruit and veg that I haven’t seen for awhile like Pumpkin, Kale, Cioggia beets, and a gorgeous assortment of pears and apples from my dearest Georgia at Winkelman in Studen - if you know you know…

Today I pressed my signature King Kale and Red Love Ginger Snap juices - both super lively and tasty, but also so incredibly colorful that I was inspired to share. Even the compost is beautiful 😍!!
Have a great weekend everyone and stay shiny & colorful ! 🍃🙏🏽🍁🥰

I love integrating fresh herbs, bark, and even petals into my juices. Some of my favorites are lemon balm (pictured here), mint, rose, cinnamon, and basil. These not only provide some nutritional benefits, but they make my juice just a little bit more unique and invigorating. This beautiful lemon balm bouquet was plucked from my best friend’s organic garden, so it also gives me joy to use what grows so plentifully here in Switzerland in summer, and could easily go to waste. Thanks & Kuno! 🙏🏽🤗
