Ailanto AG are looking for several profiles for our FinTech clients across Switzerland. All positions are on permanent contracts with salaries ranging from 70K - 100K gross annually, depending on seniority, plus an annual performance bonus. Benefits include 20 paid vacation days, assistance with relocation (if needed), continuing education, professional and language courses and certifications.
We are a highly experienced and passionate team with more than 20 years of experience in Project Management, Architecture, System Engineering, and Software/Product Development and we are committed to deliver excellence and lasting success to our clients.
We offer services that cover the entire spectrum of the IT project life cycle, from the solution design, security, system engineering, to project and program management, all the way through to project completion.
All of the positions are in Switzerland, mostly in the Lugano and Zurich areas. The developer roles can be done remotely but system engineers will have to work from within Switzerland due to the data secrecy regulations. We will of course assist with immigration and relocation.
All positions require English, both spoken and written with full professional proficiency. Italian is a plus.
