The Inspiration
Damien Fenoli understands the difficulties of managing and balancing sales and inventories.
With over 15 years of experience in the F&B industry, he has the first-hand experience of handling various positions throughout many countries, including over a thousand inventories for bars and restaurants.
As he traveled around, he noticed that inventory is done the same way in every bar or restaurant across the globe: manually.
In his previous experiences, Damien realized how easy it is to mismanage beverages. Usually, for every 10 drinks sold, 3 are not accounted for. That is 30% of losses (variance), stock and profits down to the drain!
