🇫🇷📣 Notre formation pour leaders débutants disponible en Français 🇫🇷📣

En 2020, nous avons lancé, avec Isabelle Verdon et Pilo, une formation en anglais comme en français sur les Paradoxes des leaders débutants. Cette formation à distance a reçu de très bons retours de la part des participants. Nous allons d’ailleurs ouvrir deux classes en anglais au lieu d’une !

C’est une grande joie pour nous de voir comment ce programme prend de l’ampleur et merci sincèrement à tous ceux qui ont contribué à ce succès!

Pour mieux présenter notre offre en Français… il fallait traduire notre site ! C’est chose faite… notre stagiaire (Paul-Emile Verdon) l’a entièrement traduit ! Merci à lui pour son excellent travail, effectué en 5 jours avec l’aide de Zoe Corkhill. Il est disponible ici :

'Why the 'paradox mindset' is the key to success'

This article from BBC Worklife examines the benefits of embracing a paradox mindset, discussing a recent study, published by Miron-Spektor and colleagues in 2017, which documented the benefits of 'paradoxical cognition' in a real workplace of a large consumer-products manufacturer. Their results are below, and:

'These discoveries may be especially important for leaders, with evidence that a manager’s paradox mindset influences the innovation of their whole team. Companies and institutions that embrace paradoxical strategies tend to outperform their competitors.'
