By stitching the Estádio Municipal de Braga, together with our partner RED - Relvados e Equipamentos Desportivos, we have now equipped all four teams from last season’s top four, having also worked on the pitches of F.C. Porto, Sporting C.P. and Benfica to get the best conditions to let their players shine again next season.

GrassMax Systems continues to expand its footprint across Europe.
Marked an important milestone in the Czech Republic with the first GrassMax reinforced pitch installation at Malšovická Aréna in Hradec Králové, home of Fortuna Liga club FC Hradec Králové and one of the country’s most modern football stadiums.
A special thanks to PK Turf for their excellent pitch construction work and professionalism throughout the project.
It is also a pleasure to collaborate once again with Mr. Zdenek Philipp, a trusted business partner and friend of more than 20 years. Long-term relationships built on trust and shared commitment continue to be at the heart of successful projects like this.
We look forward to supporting the development of high-performance natural grass sports surfaces across the region.

The World Cup clock is ticking.
This Thursday, the 2026 Football World Cup kicks off at the iconic Estadio Azteca — now known as Estadio Banorte in Mexico City. Following what will undoubtedly be a memorable opening ceremony, host nation Mexico will face South Africa in the tournament’s opening match.
Excitement is building, expectations are high, and the pressure is on for everyone involved.
One thing, however, is already ready for the world stage: the playing surface.
As part of the stadium’s extensive renovation, the pitch was completely rebuilt last year. GrassMax Systems’ experienced construction, installation, and maintenance partner, Royal Verd, delivered a field built to the highest standards that a tournament of this magnitude requires and deserves.
The pitch is reinforced with GrassMax Systems’ hybrid grass technology, providing the durability and performance needed to withstand the intense playing schedule of a World Cup. Unlike many tournament venues where hybrid reinforcement is installed only for the event itself, Estadio Banorte will continue to benefit from this technology long after the final whistle.
As the home of Club América, Cruz Azul, and the Mexican National Team, the stadium hosts an exceptionally demanding calendar throughout the year. Maintaining a world-class playing surface is therefore not just a tournament requirement—it’s a long-term necessity.
For GrassMax Systems, this marks a special milestone: it is the second consecutive Football World Cup in which the tournament’s opening match will be played on a pitch reinforced with GrassMax technology. The opening game of the 2022 Football World Cup in Qatar was played at Al Bayt Stadium, where the same technology delivered outstanding performance throughout the tournament and continues to support the playing surface today. As GrassMax, we are extremely proud to be part of this amazing venue and to contribute to the stage on which some of the world’s greatest football moments will unfold. We wish all teams competing at Estadio Banorte a fantastic tournament and every success on and off the field.

Proud to share that the first hybrid grass pitch in Zambia has been successfully installed.
Together with our partner Sporturf, a brand-new pitch was installed this winter at the iconic National Heroes Stadium in Lusaka, featuring GrassMax hybrid stitching technology.
It was a challenging project, but through strong collaboration we delivered a great result.
Congratulations to the entire team involved in making this happen!

A true masterpiece by a fantastic construction team. NAC Breda is future-proofing and strengthening its main field. Thanks to the GrassMax system, the Parel van het Zuiden can count on a durable pitch for the next 10 to 15 years. In the Netherlands, GrassMax has worked with Go Ahead Eagles, Heracles Almelo, and AZ, while internationally, Anderlecht, Standard Liège, the Belgian Red Devils’ training center, Real Madrid, Tottenham Hotspur, Arsenal, Paris Saint-Germain, and even the World Cup stadiums in Qatar are among its references.

What do Arsenal’s Emirates Stadium, Manchester City’s training grounds, Real Madrid’s facilities, RSC Anderlecht’s Lotto Park, Portugal’s Cidade do Futebol, Celta de Vigo’s Escuela Afouteiza, the Mohamed V stadium in Casablanca and numerous other stadiums across France, Spain, the UK, Morocco, Qatar, and beyond have in common this summer ?
They all rely on GrassMax hybrid stitching — delivered in close partnership with some of the industry’s most trusted names:
Sports Surfaces | Grass | | | Turf Maroc | Anderlecht | Relvados, | Madrid a.o.

And they’re just the beginning.

As demand for high-performance sports surfaces grows, so does our global footprint. From Europe to the Middle East, Africa and beyond, our technology supports the world’s top clubs and national teams.

SC Buitenboys in Almere now plays on a hybrid pitch. Hybrid GrassMax pitches are no longer exclusively reserved for top level clubs like Real Madrid, PSG, or Leicester City. Since November, the amateur players of SC Buitenboys can also enjoy such a pitch, thanks to an investment by the municipality of Almere on field 6 in the Polderkwartier. Additionally, field 4 at Klein Brandt, used by AS80, has been upgraded with hybrid reinforcement in the goal areas.
