Bonjour à toutes et à tous,

Après 5 ans dans l'armée française et plus de 15 ans à travailler dans le domaine de la sécurité, j'ai décidé de me lancer dans un projet d'unité de transformation de produit agricole en Afrique, précisément au Ghana.

Je produirai de la farine de plantain et de manioc.

Débuté en Mai 2021, j'ai acheté un terrain, construit les bâtiments, et acheté les machines.

Malheureusement, je suis à cours d'argent pour compléter le projet. En fait, il me manque que l’électricité pour pouvoir commencer les activités.

Depuis plus de deux ans, j'essaie d'avoir les supports de différentes banques. Enthousiastes au départ, elles finissent toutes par me dire que, comme aucune activité n'a commencé, elles ne peuvent pas me suivre.

C'est un projet qui se trouve à Berekum, dans une région éloigné, mais au coeur du grenier du Ghana (Brong Ahafo) où ils cultivent plantain, manioc, yam, etc…. Ce projet pourra faire travailler au départ une dizaine de femmes, et évidemment plus en fonction de sa croissance.

Je suis quelqu'un de déterminé, mais j'ai besoin d'un support financier d'environ 10 000 EUR pour le terminer, l'équivalent de l'estimation pour l'installation électrique.

Kwaduya is an African based company. It has been founded with the belief to practice organic farming and recycle food waste. Located in west Africa, Berekum (GHANA), the company is a processing plant of agricultural products. Its main objective is to counter the food waste in Ghana and develop a manufactured activity in the Brong Ahafo Region.

We are looking for a highly organized production manager to create production schedules, oversee production processes and ensure that the required materials are selected and purchased. You will be ultimately responsible for the smooth running of all production lines and the quality of output. We expect you to have deep know-how in production procedures.
Production Managers are also responsible for ensuring that equipment is functioning correctly, and that health and safety protocols are adhered to.
To be successful as a production manager you must be able to multitask and oversee several operations at a time. A good production manager has excellent time management and interpersonal skills. Ability to direct personnel towards maximum performance will set you apart as a leader. Decision-making and problem-solving will take up a great part of your day. If you are up to it, we’d like to talk to you.

Responsibilities of the job include:
• Planning and organizing production schedules
• Assessing project and resource requirements
• Estimating, negotiating, and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers
• Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met

• Overseeing production processes

The accounting and administrative officer will have the double role of administering the financial activities and managing the human resources.

The specific responsibilities and tasks will be the following:
• Financial management:
o Interacting directly with the executive director
o Working with the executive director to prepare monthly and annual operating budgets
o Working in collaboration with an external chartered accountant
o Maintains records of financial transactions by establishing accounts; posting transactions; ensure legal requirements compliance.
o Develops system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; defining bookkeeping policies and procedures.
o Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends (monthly and annually)
o Ensure all bills and invoices are paid within 30 days of receipt
o Reconciling various balance sheet accounts on a regular basis
o Comply with relevant Tax laws
o Producing various spreadsheet reports for management (revenue, inventory, expenses)
o Calculate variances from the budget and report significant issues to management

• Human resources management:
o Handle employee relations, payroll, benefits
