WHAT went WRONG here? The moment I saw the clip stating the exceptional condition of their soon to be auctioned Ref 1518, the clip zooms in on the dial and there some VERY obvious marks can been seen in all sub dials and center around the hand pipe. Yes you need to be a blind watchmaker to damage an expensive PPC dial burned in a over to give to that illusion shine of perfection.
So what went wrong , why state it’s so super nice when the dial is not even a 8 or 9? It’s not a crime to offer it in the condition it’s in, why make it look BETTER if everybody can see it’s not PERFECT!
