One of Paris' most upscale restaurants is coming to New York City!

When Caviar Kaspia opens its first permanent NYC location at the Mark hotel this fall, Americans no longer will have to travel to Paris to taste the iconic twice-baked, caviar-topped potato.

The new location will be the brand's fourth outpost. The brand also operates outposts in Dubai and Sao Paulo. According to the Robb Report, says there are also plans to open locations in London and Los Angeles.

A celebrity haven in Paris's eighth arrondissement, the chic restaurant on the Place de la Madeleine, first opened its doors in 1927 (the same year the building now housing The Mark was built). It will be a treat to be able to eat our favorite dishes without feeling jet lagged at this establishment!

Gismondi 1754

✨ The Design Award was given to Massimo Gismondi, Creative Director and CEO of Gismondi 1754, for the necklace, Raggio di Sole.

In production for over six months, Raggio di Sole includes 27.83 carats of pear-shaped white diamonds and 16.04 carats of fancy yellow diamonds.

In 2020 during the lockdown, Raggio di Sole was inspired over coffee as the sun rose behind the mountain peak at his Chalet in Valtournenche. His piece depicts the first rays creating a crown behind the mountain as they begin to illuminate the sky.
