CONFIRMATION OF ORDER
Please note that order can only be confirmed, if:
-Orders are not already full for that day
you order two (2) weeks in advance (with complicated design of cake) and atleast a week for a simple design cake;
-50% of the payment plus delivery fee of 10chf (within Geneva only) has been received.
PLEASE NOTE: Cakes will be made according to your order details, i.e. date, time, flavour. Please check through your order details upon making the order and upon receipt of the order summary. If there are inaccuracies, please inform immediately (at least two (2) days in advance). We will not be able to make changes otherwise.

CAKE DECORATION
The color and decorative detail of the cakes may vary slightly from the photographs.
PAYMENT
Payment must be made upon confirmation of order. Full payment is acceptable but only 50% downpayment is required upon confirmation. Other 50% of the payment can be made upon delivery of your order. Delivery charge is paid together with the 1st 50% of your payment.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Cancellation of orders can be made one (1) week (for complicated design) and three (3) days (for simple cakes) before the schedule of delivery.
