🤔 Standardise or customise?

That was the debate at the heart of a session at .

Representing opposing perspectives, Megan Woodburn argued for standardisation, while Louise Gorringe made the case for customisation. Guiding the discussion, Avital Rosen Topel took on the role of moderator and judge, while making it clear from the very beginning that there would be no winner.

Why? Because successful AMCs need both.

The discussion explored the balance between consistency and flexibility, touching on topics such as scaling operations, protecting margins, and meeting increasingly diverse client needs.

The Kenes Forest continues to grow, helping restore degraded landscapes in Tanzania while supporting local farming communities and creating long-term environmental impact.
Today, the project has reached 3,277 trees, more than doubling in size since its launch and continuing to create environmental and social impact that will grow for years to come.
Because meaningful impact doesn't happen all at once. It grows over time, one step and one tree at a time.

Congratulations to our global team on the successful delivery of , the 6th International Conference on Lymphocyte Engineering, held from 15–17 July in Milan, Italy.

The conference welcomed approximately 300 participants from 28 countries, creating a vibrant environment for scientific exchange, collaboration, and discussion across lymphocyte engineering, gene therapy, cell therapy, genome engineering, and immunotherapy.

A sincere thank you to all delegates, faculty, partners, and contributors who helped make these three days so impactful.
