EVA Global Events supported the successful delivery of the inaugural Frontiers Science House in Davos - from venue scouting to full ex*****on.

In close partnership with Frontiers' teams, we helped create a platform where scientists, leaders, and innovators didn’t just meet - they connected, collaborated, and turned ideas into action.

Proud to have contributed to an initiative that is set to continue shaping the future of global dialogue.

EVA Global Events was proud to be entrusted by the Saudi الصندوق الثقافي | Cultural Development Fund to collaborate closely with their team at Saudi House in Davos during the World Economic Forum's Annual Meeting 2026 last month.

Together, we curated and delivered an engaging breakfast and panel session, bringing together global leaders, investors, and thought leaders to exchange perspectives on transformation, investment, and cross-border collaboration.

Beyond the program itself, our role extended to supporting the Cultural Development Fund in shaping a high-impact first Davos presence - facilitating meaningful bilateral meetings, fostering strategic connections, and advising leadership to fully leverage the opportunities of this unique global platform.

We are grateful for the trust placed in our team and for the spirit of partnership that made this collaboration such a success. Here’s to continued cooperation and shared impact.

Looking back from 2026, the 2025 GESDA Summit at CERN, delivered by EVA Global Events, remains one of our defining moments.

1,000+ participants, 90 speakers, 40 sessions, including 15 workshops shaping the future of science diplomacy — brought to life through end-to-end event delivery, from stage design to on-site operations.

A truly global gathering, with conversations that continue to resonate well beyond Geneva.
