Our team is lead by Giacomo Candeo, Private Equity Associate coordinating all activities and by our group CEO Mirco Coccoli that was appointed President and CEO in the portfolio company

MPD Partners joins the Windshape team with the aim to reinforce operations in New York State.

Our role will be to accelerate the roadmap of Windshape to build more test and certifying drones facilities on behalf of corporates and on behalf of governmental organizations developing drones air traffic regulations.

Giulia Falcone, Private Equity Manager of our italian subsidiary, leads MPD Partners activities in Windshape. She also leads the fudraising, currently in a strong start thanks to the minimum award USD 500’000 that Windshape will receive from New York State, Centerstate CEO, through the Genius New York program in which Windshape is 2021 finalist.

We announce today the investment of MPD SME Capital One in Kering spinoff La Centrale de Prévoyance (LCP), a Swiss Insurance Broker registered with financial authority FINMA.
