Com tempo, aprendi a valorizar estes momentos

Esta semana estive presente num almoço-debate em Lisboa com o Dr. Luís Marques Mendes, candidato à Presidência da República, num evento promovido pelo International Club of Portugal.

Tivemos uma breve conversa, mas o mais importante foi o ambiente de reflexão e troca de ideias, com pessoas de vários setores e com diferentes perspetivas.

A verdade é que, por vezes, basta estar nos lugares certos, com abertura para escutar, para perceber melhor os sinais do que aí vem.

This week I attended a debate-lunch in Lisbon with Dr. Luís Marques Mendes, candidate for the Presidency of Portugal, hosted by the International Club of Portugal.

We had a brief exchange, but what stood out was the quality of the dialogue, the people in the room and the space to listen with intention.

Sometimes it’s not about making noise — it’s about being in the right rooms, listening, and reading the signs of what’s ahead.

Today I believe the key is not predicting everything, but building enough structure to adapt with confidence.

Building bridges across countries and people.

This week, I had the pleasure of joining a joint event organised by the European chambers of commerce in Angola. It was a great opportunity to exchange ideas, strengthen relationships and explore new ways of cooperation.

As President of the Swiss Business Council Angola, it is rewarding to see our chamber growing with energy and ambition.

More than ever, we need dialogue, trust and a shared vision to face the challenges and opportunities ahead.
