By these attractive mottos, the Russian Arkady Dvorkovich managed to cheat 103 national chess federations all over the world whom voted for him to win World chess federation_FIDE election to be the new president 2018 – 2022

But unfortunately, he has managed to win the election with 103 votes against 78 for his poor Greek opponent Makropoulos. Who wrongly thought that he could win without providing a budget for his very poor campaign?
Dvorkovich has paid a lot of money especially in Africa where he bought tickets for 25 African federations x 13 persons = 325 air tickets for only Africa. Besides he has paid cash money for many African delegates who didn’t care about their game because they are only looking for a money provider every 4 years, even their national federation didn’t receive a cent from this money which went to their own pockets. They are shameless ready to speak about the future of the game for the next 4 years blaming their government for not providing enough financial support to their national federation, while they ignore how they sold their votes. Dvorkovich swept Africa with 35 votes out of 47.

Today in Africa, they have started to complain that Dvorkovich is not interested any more to support their federations after he got what he wanted by money!
In Asia, Dvorkovich also bought some 15 votes plus another 18 votes he got by Russian political influences, Russian ambassadors and Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
He got around 25 votes in Europe and around 10 votes in American continent to complete 103 votes.
The new dictator decided to invent a new structure called ( FIDE Management Board ) to overrules FIDE Presidential Board and individually rule FIDE according to his own Russian Jewish view !!
The FIDE Presidential Board has 11 out of 26 from Europe! = 43 %
This proves that chess is an European game as previously declared by both Kasparov and Short!
Dvorkovich has appointed 8 members beside himself to form the new FIDE Management Board of 9 members.
How did he choose his Management Board members?
The first condition is to be a Russian or a Russian speaking person as a main criteria. It is funny that the nine persons speak Russian!
The second condition is to be a Jewish or a Jewish-lover person. Seven members are already JEWISH and two lovers for Jewish & Israel. The clown Emil Sutovsky became Director General and Victor Bologan became a new Executive Director without any administrative experiences at all.
The Third condition is to believe in the Russian superiority in chess.
For example, the Jewish Canadian Tsypin, Vadim was a sector arbiter at World Youth CH in Greece 19 – 31 October, then he went to London meeting followed by Spain World Cadet 3 – 16 Nov. and World Women CH at Khanty Mansiysk Russia !! He is really a superman.

Ladies and Gentlemen, welcome to my land. From my last three articles it is clear how they fear me, the first thing is the correcting of the fide article, the numbers are correct now. The fat clown has resigned from the ACP next day after my last article. He will bring the shadow of him and IG, the clown Yuri metal detector :) The chairman of the arbiters commission will be the inexperienced French funny guy who is making jokes all the time instead of knowing the laws of chess ! Arkady came up with a wonderful tweet, heheheh, the wbcc and wrcc will be held in a land that accepts all participants, next day after he met the deputy minister of sports. Then the right guess is, Russia, Khanty Mansisk with s***y Russian prizes and in the coldest time and place on earth. Is this the marketing approach that he introduced in his campaign ? Chess went from Kirsan-Makro to Arkady-Arkady era ! I forgot to say, there will be no world champion who plays 24.h3. Sorry Fabi, not this time. You can see that the name of the fat GM is repeated 4 times. He is an active player and president of the ACP. He should resign. How come with all these responsibilities in FIDE and he is the defender of the Professional players as the the ACP president? He only used this position to jump over the FIDE position. Low class and cheap attitude. They are trying to fill up the position of IG the previous vice president of FIDE and chairman of the Cheater at the FIDE famous commission. I told you will need a brilliant press guy to help you understanding! By the way just for your knowledge IG was selling to FIDE all the badges used by all titles which were made by the murderers of his country. The new management will face a great dilemma by allowing/not allowing the WRCC and WBCC to be held in the country that kills its own people in its own consulate. Borg signed a contract of 3 years with them. Will they be able to pull out or not ? we will see. In all cases it will be controversial. The same as the aliens with KI :) Did you see guys the Q4PB-2018/18 and Q4PB-2018-19 ( they cant count the decisions in the office :) ) they write them wrongly. How was the FIDE run during the Greek empire and how is it run now by the Russian French coalition ?
Makro was in control of everything, they all feared him. The office, the commissions and the CEO. For example because he liked to play 10 minutes games, they changed the laws of chess and 10 minutes games are considered blitz games ! He was able to appoint whomever, whenever to whatever. He even was giving seminars in his free time while he was not meeting the beautiful arbiter who because a president of her federation. Bologan will not be that clever, Grand masters are only good at chess ! But the fat Grand master has direct orders from his country in cooperation with the Russian government to take over. He served 18 months in the most terrorist systematic army in the world. The previous secretary of the trainers commission was always proud on choosing himself to seminars in exotic places and counting how many countries did he vist, and all of a sudden comes the new FIDE vice president to mock him for this, he nominates himself for presidency, get money from Kasparov foundation to sponcer his trips to mysterious African countries, only to serve his purpose to visit different countries. Are you fu***ng joking me :) It will be lovely to see if he will get his stipend as an appeal committee member of the ongoing world championship match or not! While the chief arbiter was chosen after removing the previous chief arbiter because the current chief arbiter was a political arbiter ( not technical) who opposed the previous arbiters commission in a public statement. Fantastic choices by the new management ! Lets not forget that the new deputy is French and the chief arbiter is French as well. Great coincident. But also the chief arbiter in the women's world cup is Russian, like the president, hahahaha, great co incidents. These articles are not easy for the public to understand. But you can probably ask the bright press guy Doggers for interpretations!

Chessplayers seem to be much more mentally affected and much more prone to corruption than representatives of the other sports like athletics, biking, football, tennis, etc.

Now and again we bear witness to some major cheating scandals in all these sportive disciplines whereas in chess the scoundrels whose guilt is 100 times proven always remain unscathed and get covered up by the governing paramasonic body - FIDE and its offspring ACP.

Is CHESS the most corrupted sport in the world? For crooks and 'chosen' criminals only?

For 32 years the chess world has suffered from the dictatorship of Makro and all the Greek soldiers that he has put in every commission and outpost in FIDE. They grabbed everything for them and gave the left overs to the rest of the world. This will be stated in details in the following articles. The new era of chess is not promising at all, look at the decisions taken at their first congress. How many Russians or Russian speaking people were chosen ? How many times the same names were repeated for different positions in FIDE ? No diversity in choosing names. Now dear chess lovers we shall face another dictatorship that already started with the changing of the women chess championships cycle and disrespecting the older rules.
