Startups #3: Discover Retreeva today!
Retreeva developed and produces Metal organic frameworks (MOFs) that work as little sponges and can recover large amounts of precious metals from gold refineries waste streams. Recovering gold is an interesting source of revenues and allows to reduce the carbon emissions that would have been needed to produce the same amount of material.
Our collaboration took place during one semester, where mainly market potential and go-to-market strategies were assessed .
In 2020, Retreeva have been awarded an Innogrant for their project !

Startups #2: Discover Pneumoscope today!
Pneumoscope is a medtech start-up developing an intelligent and autonomous stethoscope which facilitates the diagnosis and follow-up of respiratory diseases.
We have collaborated for almost 2 semesters now, we supported them in completing research for their market and competitive analysis preparing a business plan and choosing a sales strategy.
We like that our collaboration extends as both teams work well together and we are looking forward next steps !

Startups #1: Discover Hikane today!
Hikane is a medtech start-up developing an optimized optometric device for the white canes of blind and visually impaired individuals.
Our collaboration took place this semester where we supported them by completing research for their pricing, marketing, advertisement, and production strategy.
They won the Oikos Lausanne challenge on the 28th of April this year and joined the Blaze, the EPFL startup accelerator in May.
We are confident that this is only the beginning for them, keep up!

Day 3 of Growing Do Well Do Good Leaders!

During the ShARE Leadership Programme of Excellence, students learn how to work across borders, appreciate and embrace cultural differences through networking events, attending webinars and discussions and working on do well do good projects with fellow ShARE students.

Past week had the chance to have a Workshop on communication with Amin Kaboli, business consultant and also lecturer at EPFL !
It was the opportunity for us to learn the place of the consultant in his/her interactions with the client but also on a broader point of view to better understand the keys for a better communication!

Day 2 of Growing Do Well Do Good Leaders!

The ShARE Leadership Programme of Excellence is run to turn bright university students into Do Well Do Good leaders. We believe the best way to learn leadership is to practice it.

ShARE students test their leadership styles in many ways. They lead teams, lead projects, teach and interact with business leaders. We also provide them with sessions designed by Elena Kodey, our Head of Leadership Development, former coach at Harvard Business School.

Day 1 of Growing Do Well Do Good Leaders!

ShARE was founded by Sebastien Frendo in China in 2002 when he was an exchange student. During his career, two dilemmas always frustrated him. First, how come today we still have large global issues when mankind has all resources and tools to solve them ? Second, why do we always have to choose between ourselves and others ? Can't we have a striving career while making the society progress ?

That is why he set up ShARE in its new shape - a place to grow leaders who will do well & good, and a place to help companies achieve their societal transformation. By combining the two, a new operating model of doing education and consulting emerged.
