• 3 Distinct Promotion Packages: The Basic, Professional and Platinum packages that contain interactive media functions for promotional purposes. All packages allow the use of our auction house information platform and contains efficient communication options. Two of the packages also include call center service minutes. Concierge services are available within the platinum p
ackage only. They do include : Scheduling appointments, reservations, travel & transport assistance, reminder calls, third-party customer services and basic internet research. The call center includes inbound and outbound services, telesales, tailored customer services to name a few. A technical support is integrated for all technical, account and payment related issues. The packages when purchased are based on the common privacy statement and on the terms and conditions issued by Sincemic Sàrl.
• The Auction House functions as a virtual time limited information sharing platform for interested buyers and sellers, set by the member. Uploading, bidding are privileges reserved for promotion members only. However, any product with a buyout price is available for public reservation by public entities that previously registered on the Sincemic Website. Two types of auctions are available : The standard (incremental) and the dutch type auction (fixed). The seller selects the auction type and all the information related to that particular auction, like for instance ; the duration of the auction, the shipping terms and the payment method. If any bidding occurs or a buy out option has been selected, the seller will be able to check in his auction house notifications dashboard. Sincemic Sàrl does not provide the buyer with the product or service and is not responsible at any time for a failed deal. As mentioned, the Sincemic Auction House acts as an information provider only and allows users to make offers, for which they are fully responsible for. Therefore Sincemic Sàrl does not integrate any commission in its favor arising from the deals related to the auction house transactions. Consequently the system acts simply as an information platform and the buyer and seller will agree on the terms set by the seller if they conclude any deal.
• Telemarketing Options allow displaying adverts through picture uploads and the acquisition of video space on the online telemarketing channel (STV). These services are also available as a single service independent from the described packages mentioned above.
• Private Network Membership functions as an online trading platform with call center support, which is managed by our expert operators who function as negotiators and mediators between the private members. This provides an opportunity for companies to either find or present trading projects/products, while we broker and perform most of the administrative work for them based on formal agreements. The private membership allows prioritized access to many high end products and projects. Private members undergo an in-deph selection and approval process based on many qualitative and quantitative aspects in order to guarantee a refined selection.
• Private Members are able to post and edit business proposals and can take advantage of the concierge services. Private members have access to all uploaded business posts, however all private members will have their identities hidden from each other. All posts are regulated for any type of contact information by operators, since it is required to keep identities hidden, therefore posts only appear on the website after being approved first. Once the operator has successfully completed the negotiation process and the interested parties have agreed to meet, a physical meeting & mediation between the parties will be organized by a Sincemic operator. This meeting will be mediated, regulated and brokered by our consultants, who will be provided by Teber Law Firm. Before the initial meeting takes place, a CCC (Confidentiality, Consulting & Commission) contract will have to be signed by all parties (members) involved in the deal.
