Marie Morin is a family owned company from Brittany, France. All of their products are made with the highest ingredients such as Free range eggs, French Milk, even their Glass containers are French!

They really taste home made and we are proud to be working with a company with such values.

Yoghurt cookies - FAGE TOTAL Greek Yogurt

Ingredients

INGREDIENTS – 20 cookies approx.
125 g FAGE Total Yoghurt
250 g flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
50 g butter, melted
50 g brown sugar
100 g chocolate chips
1 egg, beaten
Salt

Instructions

1. Sift the flour and baking soda in a bowl. Add the sugar and a pinch of salt.

2. Add the beaten egg, the FAGE Total yoghurt and the melted butter: mix all of the ingredients together. Add the chocolate chips, always working the dough quickly.

3. Form balls of dough and flatten them on a tray covered with baking paper.

4. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 350°F for 11 minutes.

These pancakes are vegan but just as fluffy as the ones made with cow milk! Find our new oat milk at Aligro!
