Kashmir is a great coach, poet, humanist and organizational developer.

Kashmir has been specialist in organisational design and culture change work for over 25 years. This has involved executive coaching and management development. His work includes the application of the TPS, Toyota Way, Lean, Agile, Kanban and design of organisational transformations across the globe, across multiple sectors.

In October - November 2017 several major media companies in the United States called him in to help address the backlash, with Executives being fired and Boards under investigation for allowing a hostile work environment. They called him in because they felt he understood culture change in a way that no one else did.

In this presentation he will share his research findings and how over the past two years he has enabled his clients to tap into the culture of power, the culture of money and the culture of s*x to drive a positive culture change that goes beyond the traditional surface behavioural approaches of climate surveys and training, to get leadership at the very root of our human nature.
