I'm really happy to see a well established and respected specialty coffee roaster take the plunge and offer in their range. I truly hope that there is a good amount of interest in this product, as fine robusta can have unimaginably good qualities in espresso.
We're often told that robusta is low in quality, lacks flavour, is high in bitterness and plays second place to arabica. However, companies such as are helping to break this mold, and are highlighting that you can find complexity, sweetness, and interesting flavours in robusta.

Thanks to Comunicaffe for publishing this article about a new project aimed at changing education and coffee. It's taken a lot of hard work and effort to reach this point, but we have now established a great coffee education program at this high school, with some incredible results and feedback.
