As we wrap up our career stories series celebrating 38 colleagues marking their 5th or 10th work anniversaries at Zühlke in Serbia, we're sharing the fourth and final interview with Marija Radović, an Advanced Software Engineer.

From AI and technology to presentation skills and team building, our Camp 2026 in Bulgaria brought colleagues together for three days of learning, sharing and connecting.

Last week, around 45 colleagues met at Hyatt Regency Pravets Resort in Sofia to exchange knowledge, explore new ideas, and learn from one another. The programme included sessions on AI and emerging technologies, a public speaking workshop with Bulgarian TV journalist Anna Tsolova, and a team-building activity. Of course, there was also time to enjoy Bulgarian w**e, shared meals, music and dancing. 🍷🎶

Who says you need to live in a big city to build a career in global software engineering? Our series celebrating 38 work anniversaries at Zühlke in Serbia continues with the story of Ahmed Prusevic, who is marking five years with our team.

Based in Novi Pazar, Ahmed has grown into an Expert Software Engineer, developing his technical expertise, taking on greater responsibilities and working on international projects. Along the way, he also helped turn an idea into reality: a local Zühlke coworking hub that now brings together eight colleagues in his hometown. Ahead of World Mental Health Day, we’re taking a moment to reflect on a simple question that can make a real difference.

Across Zühlke, colleagues can access a range of resources, including confidential counselling and coaching, 24/7 support lines, resilience programmes, digital wellbeing tools and mental health support through healthcare benefits. Making these resources visible and accessible is an important part of creating a workplace where people know where to turn when they need support.

This year’s theme, “Lived Experiences Heard: Real Voices, Real Change”, reminds us to listen to people’s experiences and let those voices help shape the support we provide.

155 colleagues; 2.5 days; 22 hackathon teams - and a lot of energy in one place! Our team in Serbia recently headed to Divčibare for Zühlke Camp 2026. 💜

A big part of this year’s Camp was our AI Hackathon, where 22 teams spent two days turning ideas into solutions through experimentation, collaboration and plenty of creativity. 💻 Meanwhile, colleagues from Finance & Controlling, People & Culture and IT came together for their own sessions, discussions and activities.

But Camp was just as much about what happened after the laptops closed. Hiking, sports, spa time, karaoke, live music, dancing, and late nights gave us plenty of time to reconnect beyond our everyday work.

Thank you to everyone who brought their ideas, curiosity and energy and made this Camp one to remember! 🎥

Summer may have come to an end, but our team in Bulgaria found a pretty good way to give it a proper send-off. Our colleagues got together for an End-of-Summer rooftop party in the heart of Sofia, with some familiar faces from our Serbia team joining the fun too. 💜

And when it comes to food and refreshments, we take things seriously: fresh Neapolitan pizza made on the spot, cocktails, rooftop views and a DJ bringing the funky vibes.🎶 Add some dancing and plenty of good conversations, and you have all the ingredients for a great Thursday evening. Because great teams aren't built only around projects and deadlines. They're also shaped by the moments we share in between – the conversations, laughter and time spent together beyond our everyday work.

Thanks to everyone who joined and made it such a great evening. Here's to the next get-together in Bulgaria! 🥂
