For over 30 years we have been supporting clients from various countries and industries in the development of leadership skills, team development and change processes. Our Team Orientation Day was a truly and extraordinary experience, a departure from the usual office routine. We stepped out of the confines of our workplace and found ourselves in the embrace of nature, quite literally soaring to new heights. 🪂

In this environment characterized by and openness, we experienced first-hand the we passionately teach in our team development and leadership .

At Stuckis, every challenge is transformed into an opportunity for development. For example, preparing a paraglider was Stuckified and mastered with the "Blind & Mute" task, which boosted our communication and trust. Many thanks to TimeToFly for their professional guidance and unwavering support! 🙌

This day not only strengthened our skills but also strengthened our bond. Like the paragliders who rely on the wind and conquer the skies together, we learned that trust and mutual support are the foundation for mutual and . 🏔

We have learned that psychological safety is at the heart 💙 of a strong and resilient team. It fills us with pride that we not only impart knowledge but also live and breathe the principles we teach daily. 👩‍🏫

"Why wander so far away…
To know a seminar hotel with high standards and many possibilities for outdoor simulations on the shore of Lake Thun and just around the corner is very helpful. And if the seminar with 60 people is educational and fun at the same time, even better. "

Stucki begleitet die Divisionsleitung eines internationalen Konzerns seit Längerem. Eine ganztägige Unternehmenssimulation war die vom Top Management zu lösende Aufgabe im letzten Seminar. Zwei Ziele waren explizit vorgegeben: Die sich konkurrenzierenden Teams sollten so viel Geld wie möglich verdienen und möglichst viel über Führung lernen. Die so angeregten Reflexionen waren beeindruckend.

Last week all our trainers participated to the annual "Train the trainers" seminar. They all got to try out our task and put themselves in the participants shoes. They were also observed, feedbacked and trained by our CEO, our company founder, and the other trainers. This annual training is very important to us as we want to ensure the most experienced and qualified trainers.
