I worked with The Osbournes throughout their partnership with MTV in London and at the home in LA. A warm generous family and the best role model in music for women, . Always generous, real, welcoming and funny! RIP Ozzy. One of my favourite memories was Sharon & Ozzy holding hands behind their backs on the red carpet - true love in action! Condolences to the family. May the fireworks go off wherever we go next as Ozzy is getting no doubt getting the party started !!!!

Wow! I made it to 56 years young. It’s been a hell of a ride. Lived in 5 countries, 56 flats, over 20+ jobs and amazing travels. Along the way I have made life long friends.

I have survived the last terrible, life changing 3 years of my life.

According to society I am officially invisible to men, advertisers and employers but guess what ??? I am so happy to be an invisible somebody. I have learned to finally love myself, embrace my autism and be a dog mum (my dream). I love Switzerland, I am surrounded by an incredible medical team, friends and family far and wide who have visited, called and kept me going. I know this eclipse season is taking away a lot of toxic situations that have chained me down. I feel free, excited, liberated and ready to rise to the opportunities, happiness and love I deserve this birthday year. I am blessed to be born a twin to my incredible sister Steph who has loved me unconditionally.

Farewell 2023 hello 2024

Whilst everyone is consuming this Christmas remember those who are homeless, displaced, forced into famine, victims of genocide and terrorism in the name of man-made gods. Of those who are grieving love ones lost. Christmas is not happy for many at this time and by sharing, donating and listening you can maybe brighten someone’s day, be a light in their loneliness and maybe even save their life.

Women for Women and Medicin Sans Frontiers as my chosen charities year round not just for Christmas - but give what you can - be it a donation, a food bank, an ear and a hug. The world needs angels not warriors.

Sending love light healing to all. I am always here if you need a friend, feel low or like the world is just too much. You are not alone.
