We love drinking great beer all around the world!🍻

It's easy to find a great craft beer when you're travelling these days. Luc discovered this last week when visiting Wild East Brewing Co. in Brooklyn, NYC.🇺🇸

They're brewing excellent lagers, classic ales and also wild beers that are all true to style and perfectly balanced. There's a master brewer at work here!🙌

Plus they appreciate quality ingredients and brew with Crisp Malt, which is always a good idea.

It was a pleasure to visit their taproom. Cheers!

What's a perfect beer?🍻

Some beers are powerful, some are great, some are interesting, but then some are—very rarely— perfect. For Luc, this perfect beer is XX Bitter from Brouwerij De Ranke.

What are the 'perfect' criteria? According to Luc:

✅ Drinkable
✅ Balanced
✅ Tasty
✅ Brewed perfectly

And, most importantly: there's nothing left that could possibly improve it!💫

XX Bitter is one of those rare perfect examples and Brouwerij De Ranke does what every good brewer hopes to achieve: brew flawless beer.

Brewers, what's in your fridge?🤔

Do you enjoy a DHH NEIPA with fruit purée, or maybe a good german Helles? High alcohol or no/low? Do you have no room for food, or have you invested in a separate beer fridge? Do you prefer never to drink at home? Are you drinking craft, traditional styles or maybe even some macro beers?🍻

At BrewWorks, we enjoy a mix of non alcoholic, a selection of beers from our clients and friends and some classic traditional lagers and UK styles.

Occasionally, some macro beers might be spotted on our shelves (but we promise we didn't put them there!).😱

We had a great time brewing with 90BPM!🍻

Yesterday, we had the pleasure of collaborating on an IPA with 90 BPM Brewing Co. from Ahuy, France.🇫🇷

Life is never boring when you get to brew with good friends, using great malt (Crisp Malt, of course). We can't wait to see how this beer turns out!👀
