We love drinking great b**r all around the world!🍻

It's easy to find a great craft b**r when you're travelling these days. Luc discovered this last week when visiting Wild East Brewing Co. in Brooklyn, NYC.🇺🇸

They're brewing excellent la**rs, classic ales and also wild b**rs that are all true to style and perfectly balanced. There's a master brewer at work here!🙌

Plus they appreciate quality ingredients and brew with Crisp Malt, which is always a good idea.

It was a pleasure to visit their taproom. Cheers!

Please note that we will be on summer holidays from the 22th July-7th August. That means that customers must get their yeast orders in on or before the 20th July to have it delivered this month.

What's a perfect b**r?🍻

Some b**rs are powerful, some are great, some are interesting, but then some are—very rarely— perfect. For Luc, this perfect b**r is XX Bitter from Brouwerij De Ranke.

What are the 'perfect' criteria? According to Luc:

✅ Drinkable
✅ Balanced
✅ Tasty
✅ Brewed perfectly

And, most importantly: there's nothing left that could possibly improve it!💫
