When I started my company, I had a dream: to work one day for 🐎🐎🐎

Not just for the brand. For what it represents… passion, excellence, and that Italian spirit I have carried with me always. ❤️‍🔥

4 years ago, it all started at Auto Zurich. I met Ronnie Kessel. He believed in me, gave me my shot. A first mission, the one where everything is on the line. And from that mission grew a collaboration that never stopped evolving: solid, lasting, and deeply human.

Yesterday, I had the honour of being invited to the inauguration of their new showroom, the largest Ferrari showroom in Europe. 🏁🏎️🌏

Walking through the doors, I was moved. Seeing how far they’ve come, witnessing the growth, and knowing I’ve had the privilege of being part of that journey… it’s a pride that’s hard to put into words.

An emotional speech. Familiar faces. And that strange, beautiful feeling of coming home… in a place I was discovering for the very first time.
Because today, Kessel is not just a client. It’s a family. And being their recruitment ambassador is one of the honours I am most proud of. 🤍

Vos meilleurs éléments sont-ils vraiment heureux de venir travailler le lundi matin ?
Après des années au cœur des enjeux humains en entreprise, j’ai appris une chose : on ne perd pas des talents du jour au lendemain. On les perd progressivement, faute de structure, d’écoute et d’encadrement RH.
