Marcelo returns to Fairplay with a deep understanding of our organization, having previously been part of our journey as a player. He knows our structure, our standards, and our vision.

In his new role, he will be responsible for overseeing our operations across all three locations — Zurich, Dubai, and Brazil — and will play a key role in driving the continued international development of the agency.

Marcelo holds an official FIFA license and brings valuable experience within the global football landscape.

He will be based in Dubai.
