🦋🌝— Understanding each phase of the menstrual cycle, and how our hormone levels change throughout can go a long way in helping us reflect on how we feel along each week of the month, as well as how we personally
cope with the emotional ups and downs that come with those natural fluctuations.

🪷Ever since I tuned in with my cycle, I began to work with its wisdom and plan my agenda going with that flow: along my luteal and menstrual days I choose to devote more time to myself, prioritize sleep, tackle creative projects and take more conscious care of protecting my ‘limited’ social energy.

🌈☄️During my follicular and ovulation weeks I am recharged and ready to move more outwards, interact and nourish other relationships and put out there all what was created throughout the previous, quieter phases.

Allow yourself to feel all the feels and let your inner nature guide you—it’ll greatly surprise you🌝❤️‍🔥
