Pride is about more than one day. 🌈

At Zurich Pride, BCG and .ch celebrated what makes us stronger: different perspectives, a sense of belonging, and the courage to be ourselves.

For us, Pride means creating a workplace where everyone feels seen, valued, and empowered to thrive. While we’re proud of the progress we’ve made, we also know there’s more work ahead. And that’s exactly why we keep showing up.

A huge thank you to everyone who celebrated with us and made the day so special. Here’s to continuing to build a community where everyone belongs. 💚

BCG is committed to using our expertise, partnerships, and global reach to drive lasting, positive change in collaboration with businesses, investors, governments, and non-governmental organizations.

In 2024, that commitment translated into meaningful results:

💰 $600 million+ invested in societal impact, bringing the total since 2020 to over $2 billion
📈 3,000+ societal impact cases delivered in 2024, a 19% increase from 2023
🤝 1,200+ clients engaged in societal work, up 13% year over year
🌍 72% of our largest clients partnered with us on at least one societal impact project
🎓 70 million people expected to benefit from improved education and job access by 2030
🌱 400 MtCO₂e in annual climate impact by 2030 enabled through last year’s client implementation plans—roughly equal to the UK’s yearly emissions

While we know there is still more to do, we are proud of the progress we have made and remain committed to scaling global positive impact.
