We’re excited to introduce The Iconic — Zurich’s first flexible workspace with lake access.

Opening in Spring 2027 at General-Guisan-Quai 38, the historic “Alte Rente” will begin a new chapter as our sixth HeadsQuarter location. Across more than 2,500 m², The Iconic will bring together historic architecture, contemporary design, private offices, meeting rooms and generous community spaces for over 300 people.
