We are a student project team, led by the ETH Zurich, whose goal is to change the way of traveling.

The SeatCase Focusproject, which is carried out in cooperation with the Swiss company Proventavia, has the goal of revolutionizing the airline industry by developing an innovative, multifunctional, and lightweight airplane seat which will reinvent our current way of flying and travelling. An innovative seat design combined with advanced lightweight materials and a new boarding concept will allow to further increase the efficiency of flight resources by reducing fuel consumption and on-ground time of airplanes while increasing passenger capacity, thereby enabling long-term cost savings for airlines.
