Niet iedere Purchase Manager zorgt ervoor dat een riviercruiseschip kan blijven varen. Bij Rivertech wel.

Achter ieder schip dat door Europa vaart, staat een team dat ervoor zorgt dat alles aan boord op het juiste moment beschikbaar is. Van technische onderdelen en verf tot uniformen, veiligheidsmiddelen en alle operationele benodigdheden die onze schepen dagelijks nodig hebben.

Door de uitbreiding van onze vloot zijn we op zoek naar een Purchase Manager 100% voor ons kantoor in Arnhem.

Dit is geen standaard inkoopfunctie. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de inkoop van alles wat nodig is om onze riviercruiseschepen operationeel te houden. Je werkt nauw samen met onze technische dienst, de kapiteins aan boord van onze schepen én met collega’s op onze kantoren in Arnhem, Zwitserland en Cyprus. Dankzij jouw inzet blijft onze internationale vloot in beweging.

At Rivertech Group, we provide nautical and technical management for a growing fleet of luxury river cruise vessels sailing Europe’s most beautiful waterways. Every day, our teams support vessels across the continent, ensuring safe, efficient and seamless operations. As our fleet continues to grow, we’re looking for a new colleague to help keep our ships and crews connected.

We’re hiring: Fleet IT Support Manager (m/f/d) 100%

📍 Location: Arnhem, The Netherlands

This isn’t your typical helpdesk role.

You’ll become the trusted IT contact for our fleet, the person captains and crew know they can rely on. From supporting users remotely to resolving onboard IT issues and occasionally visiting our vessels, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly.

In this role, you will:

• Be the first point of contact for IT support across our fleet.
• Support onboard hardware, software and vessel management systems.
• Work closely with captains, crew and colleagues across our international organisation.
• Help improve the way IT support is delivered as our fleet continues to expand.
• Occasionally travel to our vessels across Europe.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives on solving problems and likes working in an environment where every day is different. You’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact in an international company with ambitious growth plans.

We‘re back!

It seems like we just packed up, but a whole year went by so fast. A lot has happened, our fleet has continued to grow, and so has our team.

Tomorrow we'll be back at Maritime Industry, and we're looking forward to catching up with familiar faces and meeting new people from across the industry.
