The office of approx. 70m2 is cooled down in summer. It is located on the 3rd floor with access to parking for an extra cost. Accessible 24h.
Two offices which are rented by 2 companies are almost never occupied. Also, the conference room is needed just a few times per month. That said, the offered space is pretty much just for your own disposal. If you are interested in renting the whole space (12 desks) discount would apply.
Utilities (excl. phone) and cleaning are included.

Das Büro (rund 70m2), welches sich in der 3. Etage befindet, wird im Sommer gekühlt. Gegen einen Aufpreis bekommen Sie auch einen eigenen Parkplatz. 24 Stunden erreichbar.
Zwei Büros, die von zwei Firmen vermietet, fast nie besetzt sind. Der Konferenzraum wird auch nur ein paar Mal pro Monat benötigt. Der angebotene Raum ist jedoch nur zur eigenen Verfügung. Wenn Sie über der gesamten Fläche (12 Schreibtische) interessieren, würde ein Rabatt gelten.
Die Nebenkosten (ausser das Telefon) und der Reinigung sind im Preis inbegriffen.
Das Startdatum ist flexibel, 2 Monate Kaution.
