Can a blood test predict how well a patient will respond to various conventional therapies?

CAMBISeq ( Analysis Mutational Burden Instability Sequencing) is an advanced RGCC blood test that provides next-generation sequencing (NGS) analysis of both DNA and RNA. Our scientists use the test results as biomarkers to assess their sensitivity to immunotherapy and targeted therapies.

We were proud to participate in this year's National Cancer Congress Malaysia, held in collaboration with the National Cancer Society Malaysia (NCSM), bringing together healthcare leaders, clinicians, and policymakers dedicated to improving care nationwide.

This milestone builds on our July 2026 MOU with NCSM, which aims to expand access to therapeutic sensitivity testing for eligible patients within Malaysia's public healthcare sector.

We look forward to building on this momentum with NCSM, working together to bring precision closer to cancer patients across Malaysia.

🚀 Big news from our R&D lab in Halle (Saale), Germany.

Our RGCC CE R&D facility has undergone a major expansion, growing from 150 m² in 2019 to 585 m² by the end of 2025, and now to 2,070 m² this summer.

This growth was made possible through the leadership of Dr. Stefan Rubner, Head of the Laboratory, at RGCC Central Europe.

This expanded footprint gives us the foundation to grow our existing research areas and launch new ones. Here's a sneak peek of what our team is working on:

🔬 Cancer target identification & validation for drug development
🔬 Evaluation of cancer-related biomarkers
🔬 Big Data analysis of transcriptomic and proteomic datasets
🔬 3D tumor microenvironment reconstruction
🔬 Cell line development for rare cancer types
🔬 ATMP development, including gene and cellular therapies
🔬 Laboratory automation for screening approaches
🔬 Expanding collaborations through regional networks

Our team has grown to 22 employees, with more joining by the end of the year, and we're just getting started.

📢 New peer-reviewed research from the team is now published in the Journal of Immunology Research.

Our scientists investigated the most widely used cell line for studying immune functionality in vitro by comparing monocytic THP-1 cells sourced from two different depositors. The researchers found significant differences between the two THP-1 clones and their further differentiated macrophage types. Many genes and proteins involved in immune functions, signaling pathways, and metabolism were expressed at different levels, highlighting the variability between THP-1 subtypes, which has direct implications for immunological research.
