Inspired by the historic neighborhoods of the city and conceived at a residential scale, the design draws from local architectural language to create a warm, intimate, and refined guest experience. Natural materials, soft lighting, and carefully curated details come together to evoke a sense of comfort and understated luxury.

Our approach focuses on crafting spaces that feel both familiar and elevated—where guests experience the character of the place while enjoying the highest standards of hospitality.

This project reflects our ongoing commitment to designing environments where architecture, atmosphere, and experience seamlessly converge.

Inspirado en los barrios históricos de la ciudad y concebido a una escala residencial, el diseño toma referencias de la arquitectura local para crear una experiencia cálida, íntima y sofisticada. Materiales naturales, iluminación suave y detalles cuidadosamente seleccionados se integran para transmitir una sensación de confort y lujo sutil.

Nuestro enfoque busca crear espacios que se sientan familiares y a la vez elevados, donde los huéspedes puedan experimentar la identidad del lugar mientras disfrutan de los más altos estándares de hospitalidad.

En el AC Hotel Santiago by Marriott, cada detalle está pensado para sentirse natural y sofisticado: líneas limpias, materiales cálidos y una elegancia contemporánea. Enmarcado por ventanales de piso a cielo, el espacio se abre a impresionantes vistas de la ciudad y la Cordillera de los Andes, transformando el primer café del día en un momento de calma.

Fifteen years ago, we designed this boutique chocolate store with a clear vision: let the materials speak and allow simplicity to elevate the experience.

Looking back, what still moves us is the quiet strength of noble materials — marble, glass, warm wood — and the discipline of simple, clean lines. Nothing excessive. Nothing loud. Just proportion, light, and texture working together to create a space that feels both luxurious and deeply welcoming.

The soft, integrated lighting was designed to embrace the chocolate like jewelry, enhancing color, depth, and craftsmanship. Architecture here was never meant to compete — only to frame the experience.

Timeless design is not about trends. It’s about restraint, intention, and warmth.

15 years later, it still feels like chocolate should be displayed this way.

Hace quince años diseñamos esta boutique de chocolate con una visión muy clara: que los materiales hablaran por sí solos y que la simplicidad elevara la experiencia.

Al mirar atrás, lo que más nos emociona es la fuerza silenciosa de los materiales nobles — mármol, vidrio, madera cálida — y la disciplina de líneas simples y limpias. Nada excesivo. Nada estridente. Solo proporción, luz y textura trabajando en conjunto para crear un espacio que se siente lujoso y profundamente acogedor.

La iluminación integrada y sutil fue pensada para envolver el chocolate como si fuera joyería, resaltando su color, profundidad y oficio. La arquitectura nunca quiso competir, sino enmarcar la experiencia.

El diseño atemporal no trata de tendencias. Trata de intención, contención y calidez.

The corner suites at JW Marriott Lima are conceived as truly one-of-a-kind retreats. Fully open in design, the bedroom and lounge merge into a single, expansive space—entirely oriented toward uninterrupted views of the Pacific Ocean, where architecture and horizon become one.

Las suites de esquina en JW Marriott Lima han sido concebidas como refugios verdaderamente únicos. Con un diseño completamente abierto, el dormitorio y la sala de estar se integran en un solo espacio amplio y continuo—orientado por completo hacia vistas ininterrumpidas del Océano Pacífico, donde la arquitectura y el horizonte se funden en uno.

We’ve officially started the design journey for a new boutique hotel, and we couldn’t be more excited.

There’s something incredibly invigorating about working at this scale — intimate yet ambitious, detailed yet full of possibility. This project is already pushing us creatively, and that’s exactly where we love to be.

From concept to atmosphere, every decision is about crafting an experience, not just a space. Can’t wait to share more as this property begins to take shape.

At the JW Marriott Lima, our corner suites were conceived to frame the vastness of the Pacific—where ocean horizons, golden sunsets, and the rhythm of the city become part of the interior narrative.

Every element was carefully crafted: warm materials, refined textures, and bespoke detailing that balance contemporary luxury with a sense of calm and permanence. The result is a space where craftsmanship is felt in every touch and the view becomes the ultimate luxury.

Design that elevates the stay—where comfort, precision, and place come together seamlessly.

Una suite en esquina diseñada como una experiencia.
En el JW Marriott Lima, concebimos las corner suites para enmarcar la inmensidad del Pacífico, donde el océano, los atardeceres dorados y el pulso de la ciudad pasan a formar parte del relato interior.

Cada elemento fue cuidadosamente trabajado: materiales cálidos, texturas refinadas y detalles a medida que equilibran el lujo contemporáneo con una sensación de calma y atemporalidad. Where transitions become experiences.
We designed an elevator hall that unfolds into an office corridor through a crafted wooden screen — a subtle mediator between two distinct worlds.

The screen softens the moment of arrival, diffusing the tension between movement and stillness, public and private. It allows each space to glimpse the other without fully revealing itself, creating a dialogue of light, rhythm, and shadow.

Warm, restrained, and quietly sophisticated — architecture not as a boundary, but as a threshold.

Donde las transiciones se convierten en experiencias.
Diseñamos un hall de ascensores que se abre hacia un corredor de oficinas a través de un filtro de madera cuidadosamente diseñado — un mediador sutil entre dos mundos distintos.

El filtro suaviza el momento de llegada, difuminando la tensión entre movimiento y quietud, entre lo público y lo privado. Permite que cada espacio se insinúe en el otro sin revelarse por completo, generando un diálogo de luz, ritmo y sombra.

Cálido, contenido y silenciosamente sofisticado — arquitectura no como límite, sino como umbral.
