Light is more than illumination — it shapes how a space feels.

At RMA, lighting is an integral part of the design process from the very beginning. We study every fixture, angle, intensity and interaction with materials to create layers of light that enhance the architecture and define the atmosphere.

Because the difference between a beautiful space and an unforgettable one is often found in the details.

La luz es mucho más que iluminación: define cómo se siente un espacio.

En RMA, la iluminación es parte integral del proceso de diseño desde el primer momento. Estudiamos cada luminaria, ángulo, intensidad y su interacción con los materiales para crear distintas capas de luz que realcen la arquitectura y construyan la atmósfera.

Porque muchas veces, la diferencia entre un espacio bonito y uno inolvidable está en los detalles.

Saladero — AC Hotel by Marriott Lima Miraflores.

Un espacio diseñado en torno a la calidez, la textura y un fuerte sentido de lugar.

Para Saladero, buscamos crear un restaurante contemporáneo profundamente conectado con Lima, combinando materiales naturales, texturas ricas, detalles cuidadosamente trabajados y una iluminación en capas que crea una atmósfera que evoluciona del día a la noche.

Cada elemento, desde el mobiliario y los acabados hasta la iluminación y la composición espacial, fue concebido como parte de una experiencia de hospitalidad integral y coherente.

A space designed around warmth, texture and a strong sense of place.

For Saladero, we sought to create a contemporary restaurant that feels distinctly connected to Lima — combining natural materials, rich textures, crafted details and carefully layered lighting to create an atmosphere that evolves from day into night.

Every element, from the furniture and finishes to the lighting and spatial composition, was conceived as part of a cohesive hospitality experience.

The design blurs the boundary between front and back of house, creating a seamless spatial experience that feels both immersive and unmistakably unique.

For JW Marriott Lima, we designed an elevator cabin that transforms a moment of transition into a memorable encounter with materiality, light, and place.

Warm metallic textures, refined wood detailing, and a framed view of the Pacific come together to create a space that feels both intimate and iconic — a quiet expression of luxury inspired by its coastal setting.

Inspired by the historic neighborhoods of the city and conceived at a residential scale, the design draws from local architectural language to create a warm, intimate, and refined guest experience. Natural materials, soft lighting, and carefully curated details come together to evoke a sense of comfort and understated luxury.

Our approach focuses on crafting spaces that feel both familiar and elevated—where guests experience the character of the place while enjoying the highest standards of hospitality.

This project reflects our ongoing commitment to designing environments where architecture, atmosphere, and experience seamlessly converge.

Inspirado en los barrios históricos de la ciudad y concebido a una escala residencial, el diseño toma referencias de la arquitectura local para crear una experiencia cálida, íntima y sofisticada. Materiales naturales, iluminación suave y detalles cuidadosamente seleccionados se integran para transmitir una sensación de confort y lujo sutil.
