Happy Aloha Friday 🌺

You wouldn’t know it by this picture of me, but I hate putting gas ⛽️

I was just telling my friends how irritated it makes me to get in the car and see it on empty 😩

Anyone else? Just me? We all have that pet peeve that bothers us and doesn’t really matter to anyone else.

The same is true for what fills our heart 💗 it may not be the same for anyone else. But guess what, that’s what makes you special. (Not in a derogatory against differently abled people type of way) In a distinctive, unique, having a specific or particular function or purpose type of way.

You do you! How ever that looks on any given day. And if you’re not feeling it, you get to choose again.

I just really wanted to say you are perfect just the way you are. Have a beautiful and blessed Aloha Friday my friends 🌈💗

Today is Megan’s 40th birthday. Happy birthday Megan 🥳🎂

To celebrate the 40th birthday of The Duchess of Sussex, I am devoting 40 minutes of mentorship to any woman in need. Healing energy is for everyone regardless of your current situation, so I am also offering donation based Reiki sessions for the next 40 days. Dm for the link to schedule.

Today is the Solemnity of the Sacred Heart 🔥

The devotion to the Sacred Heart is one of the most widely practiced and well-known devotions. Here Divine Love and joy are manifest. The Sacred Heart invites us to enter into the flames of its burning charity uniting our hearts with the Divine in a fusion of mercy and grace manifesting a perfect, pure and selfless love for each human being.

I have created a Sacred Heart Holy Anointing Oil and couldn't have imagined a better day to release it. As we go into the new week, let's remind ourselves that not only the mind but also the body is affected by all the energy we encounter ⚖️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Energy isn't just absorbed from others, we have an energy field of our own known as the Aura 🔮⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Our Aura is affected by our surroundings, our thoughts, and feelings. Not only can "negative" thoughts taint your Aura but they can also create chronic stress in the body which in turn can damage your Immune System 🩺⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
We all know how important it is to have a fully functioning Immune System. Having an embodiment practice can help move the energy out of the body. Dismissing negative thoughts can lead to spiritual bypassing, so it is important to feel your feelings without getting stuck in a negative loop. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

How can you shelter your mind and soul from all that is temporary? With these 3 simple, yet effect steps:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Ground - Get back to nature, walk barefoot in the soil, sand or water ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Clear - Bask in the sunlight. It is known to nurture and expand the auric field. Another ancient clearing practice is smudging. Burning herbs such as sage, juniper, lavender or even Palo Santo (holy wood) and wafting the smoke over each part of the body clearing your energetic field.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Protect - Surrender to your breath. Take a deep breath in with hand over heart center and slowly release it.
